Your subscription is cancelled and the £10 is refunded in full, automatically, the moment we make that decision. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to chase us.
Why do I pay before you decide?+

Is the exam voucher included?+
No. Exam vouchers are bought directly from CompTIA, Cisco or EC-Council. We prepare you for the exam; the exam itself is sat with the vendor.
Do I need experience before applying?+
It depends on the track. The foundation tracks assume general IT familiarity and nothing more. The advanced tracks genuinely expect prior experience — each track page lists its prerequisites honestly.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, at any time, from the billing portal. It is a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum term.
